I feel better knowing I have the Geek Squad there for protection.

I always like to get these you never know what's going to happen with these products and it is better to be prepared especially when you have children. Over the years it has been beneficial to have this especially when something stops working or needed to be repaired.

Went middle of the road on this rating because I haven’t used geek squad and I’m sure by the time I have a problem my year will be up anyways.

Havnt need it for this product but have in the past and its worth every penny.

Get your three-year protection specially for any mishaps that could happen when you’re gaming. I recommend getting it because all that money you spend and you have a problem or he happens area control you’ll need it.

If and when you have purchased an electronic more than $200.00 worth, it would be wise to buy an insurance along with it for at least the 1st year or so. Especially when you're clumsy. Trust Best Buy when they ask you. They have ESP they can sense youre clumsy.

Geek Squad service has saved me again and again when it has come to my laptops. Most recently, they entirely reimbursed my 1.5 year old laptop, when it could not be fixed.

The in-store reps were amazing and very helpful, but my overall Geek Squad service experience was frustrating. My laptop repair took much longer than expected, and I ended up having to contact corporate to get clear answers and updates. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the store team, but the process itself definitely needs improvement.

I haven’t had to use this service yet but I feel comfortable knowing that I have this resource. I am in a Paramedic program online and my computer has to work or I can’t do schoolwork and if I get behind, I get dropped from program, so this is a nice insurance for me.

This has shown to be a great service to include with the purchase of my new laptop. I feel more secure about the purchase with it.

While I have not had to use the geek squad on this purchase I have used them quite a bit in the past and their services are great. The only thing I would change is the appointments as they don't always keep to the schedule.

I have used every single Geek Squad protection plans for slow speed, or accidental damage. I am so thankful for this service, because my kids are tiny destruction machines. :) Highly recommend.

Get the Geek Squad for any and all purchases!! Spend a little extra for more peace of mind!

The protection plan is a must have. Never had any issues when needing something fixed.

I am very accident-prone, so when I bought my new laptop for school I really wanted to make sure it would be safe. I always recommend getting protection on big purchases.

They were so helpful when i made a mistake loading something in my phone instead of computer. They took the time to explain what i did and made me feel that it was ok everyone makes mistakes. These guys really know what they are doing.

I purchased this for a new gaming computer as a just in case protection plan. I felt it was reasonable for the amount of preclinical provided. I haven’t had to use the protection plan and hope I never have to. But it does give a sense of security if it is ever needed.
