Great product for anybody who spends money on expensive electronic devices, knowing they can mess up at any time. I would recommend 10/10, I understand it may be out of the budget for some but its worth it to protect your devices when your electronics fail or you make a mistake.

Geek Squad always helpful, 24/7. Love they can remote in and did issues.

I always buy my laptops at Best Buy. Part of the reason for that is because of the available warranty. I travel all the time for business and need a warranty that is good at any Best Buy. I have had to use these warranties before and have never had a problem having them honored. I would not buy a computer without one!

I made the best decision when I went into Best Buy to update and purchase my new devices. Each and every one of the Geek Squad that I spoke with and asked questions were knowledgeable, professional and patient. No matter how many times I asked a question for clarification they provided me with answers that I could understand along with numerous suggestions. Always invest in the Geek Squad Protection. Things do happen, periodically that are beyond our control. I bought this protection on a laptop that my teenage daughter uses... and it has paid for itself. The Geek Squad folks are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and do their best to help.

Buying this saved me soo much money. My kid has managed to not only completely break one laptop but damaged the second one I got her after I replaced the first one she broke. When they told me they couldn’t fix her laptop I received a very large amount (the original purchase price of the laptop) on a gift card so I could afford to purchase a new one. I will never buy anything ever again for her without buying this protection too. Total life saver!!

Piece of mind for my new laptop, a good investment just in case!

I always purchased the warranty for any laptop I purchase. I usually need to use it at least once. This time the touch screen on my computer stopped working and I was able to bring it to Geek Squad and they shipped it off and the screen was replaced free of charge. The downside is that I found it surprising that Geek Squad could not do a screen replacement in the store and would need to ship it off and I would havento wait 5-6 weeks (supposedly due to COVID) to get my laptop back.

Had a problem with my new laptop. I took the laptop in. The tech explained I had shut down during an update and it could not complete the operation causing the unit to not turn on properly. The update was running in the background, and I was unaware the update was running. had only had the laptop for a few hours when this happened. They scheduled a Tech Appointment immediately. the appointment only took a few minutes, was totally painless. And the Tech resolved my problem right there.

Great insurance against accidental breakage. I have been able to get a new computer for a much-reduced price when my computer had unrepairable damage. I was exceedingly please to have this protection. It costs a little more when purchasing the computer, but it proved to be a life-saver when the computer was damaged beyonf repair and I got a new computer almost free.

I bought my computer with one year warranty accidental damage. I wanted to change it I couldn’t but they fixed it.

Geek squad is the best, both at the store and home visit. When my issue could not be resolved at the store, they did an in-home visit and resolved the issue in less than an hour. So grateful I got this protection! They don't mind how many times you reach out for their assistance they are always glad to help.
