This is a wonderful gift for grandkids. For their toys and Laptops. Luckly not needed. But last time they spilled on laptop this will over accidents great piece of mind of large dollar amount purchases!

Automatically comes with most of the computers that you buy. Haven’t had to use it yet but nice that they give you 2 years of helpful tech support

Piece of mind!! Priceless! I won’t ever buy another laptop, PC without this service. Haven’t needed to use it but know I’m only a phone call a way and the coverage is to fix it or replace it. I may not always use them but it is great to know that they are there. I asked them a few questions in the store before I purchased my computer and so far everything they told me has been very instrumental in me being able to use my computer without any problems. If I do run into any issue, I can be confident that they will be there to assist me and end my concerns.

i have not had any problems with the laptop as of yet.

The warranty replacement programs so far have worked greatbfor me.

I guess they are experienced persons, but beside installing programs in my laptops, I never have been serviced by the Geed Squad

Love the geek squad. They were able to completely fix my laptop after spilling a gallon of water on it. It has been three year since then, and my computer is still like brand new

I have had them look at two laptops so far. They were able to solve problems on one. Very quick service and I was satisfied. The other one had broken hardware too bad to fix. I plan to take another system for checkup and to optimize the software. I am confident they will do a good job.

We had to use this within the first few weeks because the laptop cover, we bought along with it, damaged the screen! (The canvas straps got caught in the laptop when it was shut.) I definitely recommend buying Geek Squad Protection. We bought the 3 year plan, and with two kiddos, it sure brings peace of mind!

Its a good warrantty beats the other companies hands down

I saved so much on the laptop because my salesman directed me to a lower-priced model with more features that I thought the additional warranty would be worthwhile. It will take a few years before I can review its usefulness.
