Computer is working perfectly. I recommend this type if you are a student, and especially a medical student, it’s heavy but works great.

Always get the Geek Squad but use it!! Read up on it and know how it works because they will try and ignore their own rules. A must have for expensive purchases.

My computer has been having some issues and I'm so happy I purchased the Geek Squad service. While sending a laptop out would take a few weeks too long at this point. I do plan on taking advantage of the service before the three years is up.

Having the kind of protection this plan offers is great insurance following the purchase of a high priced delicate piece of technology such as a computer or laptop or tablet. We have not yet had to use the plan, but when we do it is a good feeling to know we are covered.

I have used Best Buy Geek service for many years. Every time I have been treated with professional levels of service and my computer problems have been resolved. If you are buying a new computer, I highly recommend that you purchase service from the Geek Squad.

The agent i dont remember his name he was the GM of the Logan, UT store though. he was so professional, knowledgable, patient, and made the process so smooth and easy.

I was leary to spend the extra money but it was so worth it!! Within 2 months of having my computer I accidentally dropped it and cracked the screen. My warranty allowed me to have my old computer replaced with a brand new computer with no additional charge!!

I don’t know how I got along before purchasing the Total Tech Plan. There is no problem too big or too small for them. They have fixed a faulty computer, initiated a new computer, fuxed our at-home appliances, and given us great advice every time.
