Bought this protection plan for a laptop. Chances of me actually needing it is slim, but we have kids so expect the unexpected. Bought it mainly for pixels blowing out, screen cracking, and/or water damage. (Hopefully not a trifecta of all of the above.)

Ahhhhh geek squad is my good too! I love this added protection and Best Buy’s service is unmatched when it comes to customer service. I will say sometimes repairs take a little bit but at least I know it’s covered.

Im protected. What more can i say. I love when something goes wrong, i dont have to worry.

Havent had to use the insurance yet but love knowing it there if we need it.

1 year accidental or multiple year accidental protection is a most for smaller appliances like headphones, chargers, etc. I unfortunately ruined some good skullcandy headphones accidentally and got it covered within that first year.

Great laptop tablet. Only thing I don't like is the battery doesn't last very long.

I always buy the geek squad warranty. Other places offer warranties but you have to send the item in and wait at least two weeks or more for a decision to be made, with the Geek Squad you take it in and they fix or replace it in a few days. I highly recommend their services.

It was super easy to fix my computer situation at first they tried to save my actual computer but once they realized that wasn't an option I relatively easy was able to just repurchase the same naked model I owned for it was in stock

It was not clarified to me at the time of purchase that the protection is not really extended warranty. Once you use it it is gone - single use.

There are certain products from Best Buy like this protection I always by if the purchased item’s price warrants such. I feel better knowing I’ve got a cushion if something happens to my purchased items.

This is the first laptop that I bought on my own and $100 is honestly a lot for me to pay for a laptop so I had to make sure that my laptop was going to be protected and after talking it over with the Best Buy employees I found a Geek Squad was the best purchase for my investment

I like my computer but I find that it’s small and I’m really need to learn to use it so I really like it but I’m having trouble with it So if my service has how do use the computer email me and I’ll contact you

I purchased the 'physical' (for damages that might occur - like dropping the computer, cracking the screen, spilling coffee on it, etc.) Geek Squad protection plan because my laptop travels frequently. Always good to have because you never know what might happen on the road....

This is for my son's laptop. He is hard on his electronics and I've used these protection plans in the past.

The agent helped me with a driver problem with connecting my new computer to my old printer. Also helped with an update that did not download correctly. Agent did not talk down to me, was very professional and courteous.
