Got it for my wife. and she loves it. today it tried to upgrade but since then it does not power on.. lucklily I got geeksquad.. must have to go there.

Services and protection with worth getting as things happen and having that added protect and service is worth having it will save you money in the end.

Bought this coverage for my last computer. Gave the computer to my son and forgot about the coverage. Brought it in for repair, still under coverage, so we paid $0 for repair. You bet I bought the coverage again for my new computer. Best $$$ spent.

I love the Accidental Geek Squad Protection because if anything happens to my product it will be insured and Best Buy will honor it and replace the item.

My laptop was stolen and recovered. There was damage to it. The warranty is completely worth it. The fixed it quickly and they are always available and willing to help with issues that come up with my laptop

I have not had to use the Geek Squad services yet, however, from experiences of my other family members using them, they are very nice and can solve a variety of issues

This accidental protection is amazing, we all drop liquids on our laptops, someone of us even drop their laptop more than once.

Broke the touch screen when I dropped the computer, fixed it, no questions asked. Took about 2 weeks to send it out and get it back.
