Never heard of a Rodu tv before but sure glad we did. It has a beautiful clear accurate LED color plus is a smart tv that gives us access to all online channels and allows us to add channels PLUS it is crazy affordable. We first bought one because our main smart tv stopped working. We loved it so much we bought this smaller one for our bedroom. I would recommend it to everyone as it's just as wonderful as the more popular brands but at half the price. Buy one, you won't be disappointed!

The product device was in good condition. It was delivered in a couple days to my house. Everything was perfect.

I would recommend buying this for every electronic that offers it. If it breaks they will replace it right away for you. I had three action camera where I accidentally scratched the lens and it was replace immediately no hassle.

I am so very happy that I opted to get this warranty. 2 weeks after I got my new insta360 x3, I already had noticeable scratches on the lenses.. Knowing I have the warranty allows me the peace of mind of using the equipment the way it's meant to; unapologetically.

Technical expertise is a good opinion on a product and not the final decision maker, the manufacturers warranty is sufficient. The technical repair aspect of the product and the communication between the manufacturer and the customer are critical transparency.
