Yearly cleanup of my computer by Geek Squad, drop off and receive within 24 hours.

We have not used this yet but I can say that having used these warranties in the past has been a huge blessing! I've never had any issues when something doesn't work. I even was able to return my HandSpring Visor PDA (if you can remember those) and I needed to show the issue and I had already cleared everything, so I went to a demo in the store and used the store sample to wirelessly transfer a game over to my PDA then showed the BB agent what it was doing and was able to get a new one!

I am quite pleased with my device, I don't go anywhere without it.. I love all the little games that you can use with it, I want to try out the tripod that came with a kit I purchased separately. I'm interested in Lighting and that spindley leg tripod as well, but DEFINITELY the lighting Assesories !!! Thanks BB

If you shell out more than a few hundred bucks on something, it's wise to get the protection plan. If you never use it... oh well. But there will be that one time (like dropping a $800 camera) where you'll be glad you had it. Out of the dozens of times I got this, I've used it twice. Best Buy replaced my products without hassle.

Bought the protection for my max go pro camera. Glad I did. The battery door broke off and Geek squad refunded the entire purchase and was able to get a new one with no questions asked.

I swear by the geek squad warranty, it is well worth it on anything you buy at Best Buy!! For example, My daughters Kindle stopped working, she has had it for almost 3 years, was just a few days shy of the warranty expiring, took it in & got full amount I originally paid!!! Crazy right? we then bought a new kindle & of course of the warranty!! Also make sure on the more expensive items you get the longest warranty offered! cause not all items will offer you a renewal each year so be sure to ask

Definitely recommend having the 2 year warranty on your items.

Can't go wrong with protection. I am comfortable using my camera on the go knowing that it's backed up by a warranty.
