I always recommend to get the warranty, It's worth it.

I have already cracked my Gopro10 screen so this protection plan is great. I have not used the plan yet, as the camera still works through the app. But it is reassuring to know that when I decide, or really brake the camera i have this protection plan to take care of me. Would definitely buy again.

Haven’t used my geek squad warranty for my current purchase but when I used them in the past never had a problem.I will continue to use them and recommend them.

Super nice to have. Exploded a DJI Action 2 using it on my FPV drone. BestBuy scanned it, saw they didn't sell it anymore, and gave me store credit for my purchase. Took about 10 minutes. Must have for any products you expect to break when using.

Always get the protection, you never know what might happen. From bugs , system failures or accidents!

The 2 year accident protection comes in handy if anything happens to it. 2 years is a looooong time. It's always better to be covered. I had to take mine in and they were unbelievably understanding and helped me with everything! Well worth the peace of mind. Traded out a new one since my old one wouldn't work with no questions asked! They are awesome!!

When it comes to protection plans many people choose not to get it. I personally think of it like this, and this applies to pretty much any type of protection; I'd rather have it and not need it than need it but not have it.

They got me in the assessed the damage on my GoPro sent it in got back to me in a very fast and timely manner extremely professional and very willing to answer any questions or problems that I had.

Have not had a chance or reason yet to use this service. However, I have used it with others. Very good service - fixed what was wrong.

I purchased the geek squad and it’s been a God Send. Always their to help wither you bought the item from Best Buy or not. I had issues with my laptop and they fixed it, I had issues with my cyclone video for my car the got it working, the installed 3 remote car starters and several car stereos. These guys are great and I highly recommend them.
