Have not needed this support yet but it is great to know that I have it in case anything goes wrong. I have used it in the past for other products with zero hassle and is why I will continue to get it and shop at Best Buy.

If you are buying this warranty for a GoPro then its well worth it. Just think to yourself when you buy a GoPro you are buying an action camera to probably be used in not so safe conditions for cameras. I've been buying this warranty since the GoPro Hero 3 and its come in handy for every GoPro I've bought.

Geek squad protection is all the protection you need

Great idea with the protection. I haven’t had to use it at all which makes it even better. Perfect I have the peace of mind though well worth the dollar value.

I had an issue with my computer and I went to Best Buy and I am glad I had an extended warranty and they fix the issue. If I did not the Warranty, Zit would have cost me a pretty penny.

Must have protection for an "action" cam. Accidents happen and they got you covered. They already had to replace my cam once. No questions asked. And that was just a year protection now it's 2 years for the se price.

Love geek squad. I just recently used it on a gopro and it was fast and was able to upgrade cameras for not much more out of pocket

They all connected correctly and very smoth and fast

If you are scared of breaking you expensive item than with this protection plan worry no more. Accidents happen and with this your always covered.

I am so pleased with the Geek Squad I have used them in Texas and in Arkansas. They are just want I needed. They have mounted television(s) and taken them down. They are quick, fast and they clean up behind themselves.

Dealing with the geek squad is great only one person that we didn't care for her name was Leah the number we were supposed to call she had no idea what she was doing
