I always get protection plans from Best Buy because they’re always worth it and are easy to use.

I haven’t had to use it yet but it’s only $20 and it covers 4 years. That’s only $5 a year for peace of mind on the monitor. Worth it in my opinion

My monitor had developed a dead pixel. Geek squad exchanged my monitor for a bestbuy gift card. No questions asked! Great!

I feel incredibly secure knowing that in the event anything goes wrong I can take it to any Best Buy and leave out with a brand new monitor no questions asked.

I’ve used geek squad product replacement with several products and the replacement/repair process is quick and easy.

Haven't had to use it recently but in the past this has been well worth it for electronics.

Bought two of these, Best Buy sent one with no hardware to put it together, and the other in a 57 inch monitor box with the hardware free floating in the box. It was saran wrapped in between two other boxes for some reason, and not in either of them, and the corners were sticking out. I have no idea how it is as a monitor. It seems less nice than the ones I've purchased on Amazon.

Had to add this protection plan for my assurance if an issue ever arises.

Must have it’s mandatory to ensure your tech when buying. Avoid headaches in the near future.

Geek Squad is the better deal on market for every purchase, the technicians are great. It worth the money.
