[Employee of bestbuy] There are a few different types of Geek Squad protections: 1. GSP = Best Buy can repair the item if it's defective, 2. GSP-R = Best Buy can replace the item it it's defective 3. GSP - ADH = Best Buy can repair the item if it gets damaged 4. GSP - ADH - R = Best Buy can replace the item if it get's damaged.

I haven’t had to use this yet but the thought of having it makes me More comfortable to protect my products

Good for only 1 claim. Once its fixed once, you can use it again.

[Employee of bestbuy] Got it for my OLED monitor for the burn in coverage and rather than depending on the manufacturer that could take ages to be fulfilled it was just an easy exchange from a faulty one to a new one.

Love everything about this monitor! The screen cracked a little bit when some movers were moving my things and It was fixed and replaced with the geek squad! Still using it 4 years later!

Anytime I have problems with hookup or just questions about any items, they are so helpful and patient to make sure the customer has full use of their product.

Haven't had to use it yet but feel safer knowing it's here if need it

I’m a gamer and I gotta say that the curve changed my life! Being able to see the whole screen without having to turn my neck is a game changer! I Play Apex Legends and I saw a big improvement in my gameplay with this monitor highly recommend!

Geek squad was extremely helpful and is efficient with how they help. Will recommend and come back.

I’m glad that I have a back up in case something happens to my monitor I’m just happy I haven’t had the chance to use them which is a good thing but I know that I have them in my back pocket if needed

So far, I haven't had to make use of warranty protection. But the price is reasonable and looks to cover all essentials.

Purchased extended warranty for an OLED monitor. The agent that helped me didn't pester me on buying other services, was in and out within minutes.

The replacement warranty is must for all my electronics I purchase, and with the outstanding warranty best buy offers its no brainer. I have never had an issue with getting products exchanged and or refunded in the years I have shopped with them.

My tv in the bedroom was not working properly, I call Geek Squad and the following week they run some tests and because it was under warranty they reimbursed me for a new tv. Very happy with their service
