Great monitor, best experience for video editing and gaming

I purchased this VESA monitor for working from home employment. The screen color is vibrant and clear. The only issue is the on/off button is behind the monitor not underneath the right-hand corner of the screen like most monitors.

We always get geek squad protection when we buy electronics. They have great customer service when something breaks and have always done right by us.

I needed to replace my monitor. The cat got behind my old monitor and tipped it over on my desk. Where the monitor screen made contact with items on the desk there were multi-color lines on the screen. The geek squad replacement protection would replace the new monitor if it were to happen again.

I have always bought the protection plans with any purchases through Best Buy. Ive had a few products die over the years and so far Best Buy has held up their part of the agreement well.

Acer Limited Warranty covers a 3 year period similar to purchased warranty. Facts contained in User Guide inside the box.

The 4 year warranty covers a lot, and if you get the monitor at 10/15% off it's definitely worth the extra money in case of any issues.

Never ever regretted purchasing geek squad protections, they don't play about keeping their word to service you when your product needs it

I would always recommend BestBuy just because of the geek squad warranty its way better then manufactures or amazon warranty. You don't have to ship your item back and forth less hassle. Your product gets replaced with a new one or something in equal price!!

Anytime I purchase electronics from Best Buy, I have to get the protection plan because they take such good care of you if something goes wrong.

Haven't had to use this purchase yet. But it was a good add-on value when I purchased the monitor.
