I received a defective monitor. It was an expensive buy. Bestbuy did send a replacement immediately. So i wasnt happy about the 1year warranty. So took this one as its real good for an sdditional 3yrs.

My Samsung monitor has great color space and is a nice size and resolution for my needs. My only concern would be the lack of HDMI ports. There’s only one.

Always nice if you can protect the things you spend your hard earned dollars on. I almost always get this replacement service. I recommend Geek Squad to anyone smart enough to realize that things malfunction and break sometimes and actually want to get their money's worth!

Haven't used the warranty (hopefully wont) But very great to have incase i break my 1000 dollar monitor

For the price the extended warranty was worth it. I was able to get a new monitor from the extended warranty.

In sum, this is the best budget friendly UltraWide Curved Monitor on the market. I use the monitor as a duel screen for my late 2016 Mac Book Pro with touch bar. Honestly, as an iOS developer and graphic's artist this UltraWide Curved monitor has increased my productivity. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! A MUST BUY. Great product with an amazing price point!

I always get the warranty for any investment purchase I make. It’s not that much when you think about it, and saves you a ton of money if your purchase stops working had you not purchased the warranty.

I guess I'm giving this five stars, strictly because I haven't need to use it at all. It's kind of like buying any insurance, the only time things break is when you have no insurance or warranty in place. If it ever does though, peace of mind is a wonderful thing

I have been using this monitor for a year now with my MSI Cyborg 15. It is okay for general gaming but the cord is very delicate on mine and the lightest touch seems to set it 'a flickerin' This is no fun. The color is good.
