Purchased along with new computer monitor. Haven't had to use it and hope I don't. But Geed Squad protection always gives me peace of mind on tech purchases.

It is a great option to have when you purchase open box items, people return items for a reason and you do not want to deal with issues after the Return Policy expires !

My husband and i decided to buy the product replacement since the monitor we bought is an investment we wanted to make sure that we our product is protected as long as possible.

I feel comfortable with the coverage afforded by the Geek Squad protection. I've had to use it before with laptops. Their team is very friendly, and they make the experience easy even for people who aren't tech savvy (me).

Self explanatory. Don't hesitate on warranty because of the price. It is well worth it. You'll be kicking yourself for not getting it.

So far do good Nothing to complain about Any issues I had with my equipment, purchased in Best Buy, and I have purchased extended warranty for, was resolved successfully.

I put gal squad services and guarantee on everything. I read somewhere, if a product is gonna fail its gonna happen 1 to 3 years after owning it. Most guarantees run out in a year.

I love this screen! It has made my life so much better. I am using it as a dual monitor and I qas able to hook it up myself. The size is perfect for my home office.

I have not needed to use this replacement service, so I am very satisfied so far. If I do need to use it, I am sure that Best Buy will honor their end of the bargain.
