I bought an open box item. Was marked excellent which means all parts are there and in like new condition. Parts were missing and was told purchase was as is. It should have been mark as Good Condition if parts were missing.

I always get the protection on all of my products it give me peace of mind knowing that if anything happens to them I am covered

It’s a protection plan I recommend it to anybody to get it because you never know. It has come in clutch too!!

Had an issue with my monitor. Was able to sawp it out quickly and easily with a new product since the previous was inavailable

Geek squad keeps all my devices working at optimum performance. I have used for years and am completely satisfied.

I would rather have the coverage and NOT need to use it as opposed to needing the coverage and NOT have it available. I also recently purchased Geek squad coverage for our camera security system.

I had to use it for a laptop, which got fixed. I appreciate that they don't talk to you like you're stupid. It's worth noticing when not all "techs" are that way.

Like I always say it’s better to have it for when you need it then not have it and get screwed paying for it again

Normally I don't pay for extended warranties, but this one I could not pass up. Nothing more to say except do the math. It makes sense to purchase when the price is so low.

This is a no brainer. Don’t stress yourself when issues arrive. Make sure you have this addition to your purchase.
