I’ve only had to use this once before but boy was it worth it. They helped me fix my problem in no time and I wouldn’t have been able to figure it out without their help.

Definitely needed for products being purchased, I’ve purchased it prior with items and it makes a difference when it’s your money on the line of the product being defective or broken.

Falsely advertised as having speakers. Do not trust the Best Buy specifications. Contacted AOC directly and they confirmed this model doesn’t have speakers. Best Buy support double down saying the item does have speakers wasting your time even more give people misleading advice how to get the non existence speakers to work! Will shop elsewhere.

Previously had to use the replacement plan. My Sony TV went out and was going to cost more then what the TV was worth. I received a BestBuy gift card for my full purchase price.

No matter what I buy I always buy the geek squad , I promise it will save you a ton of headaches in something goes wrong with your purchase.

This product is a pleasure to use and have. The value is good and relates well to the product. I like Geek Squad's protection plan, and it's always easy and convenient for most products.
