I just purchased it for my Acer monitor. We'll see how good they are if/when I need it fixed/replaced. Other reviewers said it wasn't an issue and it seems like dealing with Acer warranty support will force you to pay for shipping to their repair depot (???). So, whatever. Capitalism.

I bought an open box item. Was marked excellent which means all parts are there and in like new condition. Parts were missing and was told purchase was as is. It should have been mark as Good Condition if parts were missing.

I purchased this service agreement for peace of mind. I appreciate that the Geek squad will be there for me when I need them.

I always add security and peace of mind to any electronics I purchase. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

I was very surprised and impressed with the low cost of this contract. I normally don't get these type of warranties, but this was hard to pass up. Haven't needed it yet, thankfully.
