I haven't used it yet, so the jury is still out. I really hope they don't give me the runaround if I need to use this service. I'll update this post if they do.

I've just never had to use it. I'm sure it's a good value to some electronics. I don't wanna Jinx myself, but I haven't had to use it.

We have not had to use it yet, so the jury is still out as to how easy it is to use and what they actually cover. I'll update it as time goes on.
