I don't usually get a Service plan but i am glad i did on my new router just in case if i need it!

We have already used them multiple times and they have been able to fix everything each time.

The agent was able to resolve my issue with my cell phone to get viruses removed from the phone. It was nice that I was reassured by the agent that my phone was no longer affected with viruses and he also explained to me how I can avoid this situation from happening again.

Extended warranty worked great, on same day Geek squad solved my problem, by next day had my replacement.

Always worth the purchase! You never know what can happen, I'd rather have the insurance than not Great value!

Speed is great but somehow outside hacker able to access. I cannot seem to figure how to beat them from accessing. I have changed my WIFI SSID password and setup Network Access control. Homeshield security is installed as well.
