I like having the security of a Geek Squad plan in case the manufacturer warranty expires. Taking a defective product into the store is easier than shipping it off.

Having Geek Squad can be a lifesaver when it comes to technology. The agents always work to help answer any questions and are prompt with replacements.

Highly recommend to buy the warranty cause you never know when you will need it and highly recommend they will remplaces it if anything goes wrong

Got this for my router. It worked out great because the router didn’t.

I got this after reviewing the reliability of routers. I hope this warranty works as they say it is. No questions asked. It's reasonable for a 4 yr warranty.

This plan was wonderful. Had to use it when our modem/router went out. I only had to pay out the difference between the old device to the new device being purchased. Purchased plan on replacement device. It was worth it to me.
