It is nice and reduces anxiety that my device is covered for 4 years

As always geek squad is wonderful great service and knowledgeable

Got protection for a TV did not use the Geek squad.

If I need help I call them they let me know what to do and bingo

Geek squad is always there for me any time I need them

usually very helpful but wait time during holidays wasn't great.

Great to have in cause something happens to the device later.

Not yet needed to use this and hopefully I won't need to.

Hope i dont every needed it but good to have just in case

It was a good warranty for the next 4 years for 15 bucks

It’s a shame that once you use the warranty they make you buy another one, maybe after a year or two, but not after 6 months

We decided the extended warranty was a good value.

I bought this for a pretty expensive piece of tech purchased from Best Buy. I haven't used it yet, so the jury is still out. I really hope they don't give me the runaround if I need to use this service. I'll update this post if they do.

It's safe to have the protection plan. If you're ever not protected then you have a problem. I've just never had to use it. I'm sure it's a good value to some electronics. I don't wanna Jinx myself, but I haven't had to use it.

If you have a warranty through geek squad it's great but otherwise overpriced.

I'm glad that I purchased this as back up in case anything happens to our equipment. We have not had to use it yet, so the jury is still out as to how easy it is to use and what they actually cover. I'll update it as time goes on.
