Work well until the black out mess it up but it function time to time or sometimes it stop working

Okay a bit expensive and I am not sure it's better than buying the same product from Costco who has a generous return policy with no fees related to the purchase for the generous return practices.

Since I haven't been able to use the warrantee yet, I CAN'T give it a TRUE review.

Would not connect to 2.4ghz network. Unimpressed by this. The gentleman that i dealt with was great, but a 14 return period is too short for a busy person

Nice to know I have it but haven't used it and worried during this quarantine that they couldn't come to my home if I need them.

Orbi router works wjen ut wamts to goes out occasionally

I had a 2 year option and the did not offer it on the exact same router model. So I ended up with a more expensive 4 year. These routers never make it to 2 years.

Nice security/insurance in the event my product does not work. I purchased a product earlier without the protection plan and I am now stuck with that product

I think this is a good service but I just didn’t use it as often as I thought I would which is the reason for the lower score.

Great 4-year protection and replacement plan for the extra protection.

Will never buy a product without one of these. just be careful with how you submit a ticket. Say the wrong thing and they will deny you.

Pretty inappropriate question to use if you have yet to the extended protection plan.

Look at the over 13,000 BBB complaints, in the last 3 years, and I really don't need to say more. But, to sum up: Can't call directly to store, customer service over phone or chat gets you nowhere besides telling you to call store directly, which you can't. The store employees will give you the run around about using the replacement plan once you drive to the store to get it resolved, and their headquarters will do the same. I contacted BBB myself and Best Buy refuses to actually respond on BBB site. They will email you directly with nonsence until you finally just give up.

Good to have just in case but will totally forget I have this if I ever need it.

we have not used this service yet so one can not make any comment on it. in future when we use it we will update it

Easily one of the worst routers I’ve ever had. Constantly drops signal, doesn’t reach throughout a 1500 sq ft house. Doesn’t allow you to stream over 1 hour on twitch. Signal strength drops by waking into next room. Will be returning this asap.

I have received nothing in writing from the Geek Squad. This is my only beef other then that I would give them 5 Stars.
