No brainer to buy the warranty for the price it is. You can’t beat the prices or value

The previous model was defective. Took us a while to figure this out but with the help of the cable company and Arris tech we finally figured it out. So we got a replacement and it works great.

I purchase Geek Squad protection on wvery electronic. I think it is mandatory. You get too much value for your dollar. I dont even rrally need any Geek Squad support that goes with it but you never know what might happen to your electronics. They will replace it using your protectoon ourchase and fet you a new device right away if possible.

I haven't really needed the extra warranty yet but it wouldn't hurt to provide extra protection for your device/appliance.

Easy replacement process, my ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Stop working, bringing back and they give me a new router

I can replace the item if it meet the timeline and if it becomes unserviceable through manufacturer issues

never had an issue with geek squad protection plans, will always get them to be on the safe side even if i don't use them

Had to return a Orbi internet enhancer, no questions asked. they replaced right away after 1 year of having it.. love this

Awesome warranty. Had issues with wifi cutting in and out. They gave me a refund no questions asked so I could upgrade to a better router.

I know what you’re thinking why buy warranty with Best Buy but I needed one of the nodes looked at and brought it right to the store and they reboot it under my warranty for free I basically saved $89 that I would of paid for a new one! Some items are just needing to be covered just in case of breakdowns

Geek Squad protection always worth the cost. Haven't needed their services but glad they are available if needed.

Always get this. You can keep upgrading every time it expires. I worked at Best Buy for 4 years
