Geek Squad Service Warranty is well worth the money.

I've never had any issues with geek squad and love the extra assurance that my product will be taken care of.

The previous model was defective. Took us a while to figure this out but with the help of the cable company and Arris tech we finally figured it out. So we got a replacement and it works great.

Purchased this because my last modem clonked out without warning. I hope never have to use it, but glad I have it.

I have found that the replacement warranty through Best Buy has been worth every penny. Had a WiFi router that went out, took it in and they replaced it on the spot. Well worth the money

Had to return a Orbi internet enhancer, no questions asked. they replaced right away after 1 year of having it.. love this
