When I have purchased these warranties and never used them I was never upset but when I did not purchase them and needed them (like this morning when my expensive pair of Beats headphones broke)... yep, I am still crying.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best buy was quick to offer me a replacement and/or price for the small electronics that stopped working and there wasn't one in stock. be it a $25 item for $2000 item, I would strongly recommend buying the Geek Squad protection as this extends support after manufacturer's warranty. also, to use the plan is seamless, reserve an appointment online and you'll have a squad engineer help you resolve the issue.
