Hopefully i dont need it but its there just in case

I had purchased Best Buy's 4-Year Geek Squad Protection Plan for my purchase of the Asus USB-BT500 Bluetooth Smart Ready USB Adapter. The GSP covers any mechanical and/or electrical failure as well as accidental drop and/or spills. I highly recommend it!

i dont know why this is a review, but i got this 4 year coverage for an asus ax5400 wifi6 router. i know router are always running and will eventually suffer heat damage. so a 4 year coverage is a good thing. i havent had to use a warranty claim yet, so i cant speak for how good it is.

Have never used it but it gives you some peace of mind.

I seem to have bad luck with electronics, an this is a sure fool proof way knowing my investment is safe, whether it's still in stock or not.

Now I feel covered. If anything goes wrong that piece of mine is invaluable. I get the protection plan on all my items.

I had a problem with one of my purchases and Geek SQUAD come to my house and fixed it in just one visit.

I had eero devices for 2 years and the wires became worn out. I was able to take it in and get a full replacement for the whole unit. Amazing warranty!

Had to return the product under warranty. Exchange went fine but I had to purchase a new warranty for the exchanged router even though there was 3 years left on the plan. I believe that it should have transferred or the plan prorated and a portion refunded as Best Buy had done in the past. The upside is the router was returned for a new one.

I highly recommended you to get the replacement plan because if anything happens in that time frame they give you your money back or exchanged it and honestly I work to hard for my money so anything I buy I make sure I get the replacement plan.

I always get the warranty for electronic devices, especially my son's headphones. Needless to say, a teenager can be rough on items. But whenever they need to be replaced,the process is always hassle free.

I am glad I signed up for the Geek Squad Product Replacement. I was told that it is very common for ice machines to stop working in your fridge. The ice machine is really important to me so it's a relief to know that the Geek Squad will come out to fix it if I need them.

The sales rep walked me through everything and gave me her full attention throughout the process.
