I strongly recommend this for any major appliances or tech equipment. It has saved me in a lot of sticky situations! I strongly strongly recommend to avoid having to go and replace out of your pocket.

Never know when you will need it! Most things break after you get them home and get to use it once or twice then you are back to square 1. The warranty price was very reasonable and didn’t think twice about purchasing.

The agents mounted my TV quick and relocate the existing TV to another room. Then they went over the remotes and how they operated with our existing receiver and internet. Very professional and fun to work with.

I don’t care for geek squad. They ripped me off in the past using generic chargers. Would love to win the $400 gift card to make up for that. Am a broke college student, been used and abused and need an iPad for school

Love the oops warrenty as i call it.when thinga go wrong warrenty or.store.return date, this makes it so much easier to get a replacement.

Excellent service. My Netgear 1200 modem turned out to be a did after a few months of use. Regular shutdowns and loss of speeds on a 1gig plan. I am so glad I got the geek squad plan. It was an easy process. Thanks GS

I love the Geek Squad extended warranty program, I apply this to almost everything I buy from Best Buy, I've returned several items that I've purchased from Best Buy and they never give me a problem with it.

The peice of mind provided by the product replacement is worth the money even if you only use it once for any of your purchases as it sure beats the replacement cost.

Very happy with Geek Squad personnel. Don't trust NETGEAR support, as I was directed to India and a scam. Fortunately, I didn't buy into it. Geek Squad also agreed it was probably a scam. Trust Geek Squad!
