Good work got done resolved all of my issues no hassle

Haven’t had to use it but worth the money. Any problems drop it off and pick it up. Definitely worth the service fee incase you need to ever use it.

My Xfinity X86 wifi gateway is upstairs and my sons bedroom is downstairs---he was having issues while gaming with not enough speed. So I did a lot of research on this product, bought it along with an ethernet cord and it works great! His speed is amazing for gaming. I'd recommend getting the $14 protection plan.

The Geek Squad was very knowledgeable on installation of the WiFi Network system.

I've gone through several mesh routers and 3 of them were wifi 6. This one works pretty well in a 3000+ house with 2 levels. I have one upstairs and the other is down. Most devices connect to the downstairs and I can still get pretty decent speeds (300mpbs) while they're all connected. I have a 1gb plan but even my xbox being connected LAN through the router can only get about 800. That's still pretty fantastic so I can't really complain. The linksys and the netgear didn't do as well as this one.

I have purchased several high priced routers to create an access point for my home. Worrying about one or more routers failing has been on my mind. But knowing this protection plan is in place really puts my mind at ease. I don't have to buy plans for each item, as they are automatically added when I buy them. Very convenient!

Geek Squad Product Replacement warranties are the best! I've never regretted buying one. In fact, I've been a Best Buy customer for as long as they've been a company. Their warranty rivals the best warranties of any company that I've dealt it. I've personally used it many times over the last 20 years? Their warranty mainly, and their excellent price-matching policies, have helped keep me a customer to this day! In fact, that's why I believe they're still in business when so many are not. Kudos, Best Buy! Their warranties give me peace of mind I can replace my product or get a refund if I have any issues. I never feel like I'm ever stuck with a lemon. In fact, if I do have issues then I can use the funds to get the model that replaced it or something else entirely. Such a versatile and customer-friendly warranty! Highly recommended to spend that extra money on it.

Best buy service plan was so good they took are linksys router back and got us something that works so much better spend the 40bucks it is worth it

Geed Squad give you the perfect protection as expected. You pay a little more but at the end of the day you get the full protection on every unexpected situations. I buy this most of the times. I wound recommend it.

Never fails. Seriously! I really like getting these plans. I purchase them most of the time I make a purchase because they work and BestBuy doesn’t play with my emotions.

I was able to get a replacement. I replaced it with a different manufacturer's modem, so it's very good to have it. I get store credit if you change your mind about buying something else or replacing it.

The plan makes any warranty claims simple. Just bring back the item, and get a replacement or one of comparable value. Easy peasy. This is a must have for electronics like routers.
