It always gives me piece of mind to have the Geek Squad Protection. If they can't fix it, they will refund your money or exchange the item for a new one.

I didn't need to use this on the last product I purchased even though I paid for this 4 year protection but I have in the past on other products. They are wonderful and honor these plans without any fuss other then to check for themselves that the product can't be fixed by them. The Geek Squad staff are always super friendly and helpful, definitely worth paying for this service on all of your eligible Best Buy purchases.

Best thing to get from bets buy . I always buy geek squad doe all my purchases. It becomes so easy incase something goes wrong and it’s technology it can go wrong after a while .

Purchased this with the Keurig. Worth it. Had to use it with the Keurig and was given a brand new one.

Live the service. Have had to use them a couple of times in the past and have had no issue.

Best Buy replacement is essential when purchasing any products from Best Buy. It’s my recommendation all purchases from Best Buy. Save yourself the headache.

I like having the security of a Geek Squad plan in case the manufacturer warranty expires. Taking a defective product into the store is easier than shipping it off.

The agents came & installed router and checked all devices that use router worked well. As usual, they were knowable and answered all my questions; polite, efficient, and very nice
