I'd purchased a router about 3yrs ago, I thought I may have added a plan to it, but it was 3yrs ago...I was elated to find that it was a 4yr plan that I'd purchased!! Can't beat it! I was able to replace the router and pay a little extra for an upgrade. Definitely worth the peace of mind!

Geek Squad came to my home & said that my nighthawk was not working right anymore and was under warranty

GSP I got this for the Netgear gaming router I purchased. I have peace of mine that if there is a problem with the unit that Bestbuy will be there for the life of the warranty. I highly recommend GSP with your heavily used or travel products. It has saved me thousands of dollars over the years with the combine products that I have purchased. You never know if the one product is a lemon or prematurely wears out. At least you know that you can replace it or exchange it.

I feel so much better having geek squad protection for my items. It so much easuer to take your items in locally to get fixed instead of having to package and send them places. The geek squad representatives are always friendly and super knowledgeable.

Love getting these replacements plans makes it so easy to go In store and swap it out for a new one

Very happy with the plan. We bought a TV and it ghosted the time that was supposed to be in the corner but it enlarged over the entire screen. Took it in and they exchanged it with no problems. Also helped when we got a puppy who had separation anxiety and chewed up our gaming headset

This product worked exsctly what it was intended for. No problems

The peace of mind is well worth the price of the protection plan. The insurance plan, especially the accidental handling version, covers you for stuff that’s out of your control and having peace of my that your tech is protected is well worth it.

I got refund without asking.No problem. Modem quit working.

!!!AMAZING SERVICE!!! I brought my Dyson V10 in to the Squad and they replaced it no questions asked for the 2nd Gen model (replaceable battery!). I was given 2 options during the exchange, either receive a refund for the remaking time on the service plan or pay the difference (less than $20) to start a new 4 year plan. Needless to say, I left with a new vacuum and 4 FULL years of protection.
