Good for always on devices

How to review something you don't actually have?

If/when I have to use the service and coverage - I will leave a more impressionable review. Let's hope I never have to activate it.

Usually Painless and Helpful

It's usually a painless experience but sometimes there can be an agent that's just putting up a fight or trying to be elitist by making up reasons it doesn't qualify that are beyond the customer's control. I wish this weren't the case because I'd be able to give this 5 stars if it were consistently painless.
