I was actually looking for a receipt and had forgotten that I had purchased a 4 year warranty. They immediately emailed me the receipt, said bring it to the store and replaced it with a different system (Eero in case anyone is interested). Thus far I’ve had no problems with it. I am certainly no tech wizard, but set up was a breeze. I couldn’t be happier with BB’s service!
