GEEK SQUAD is a must for electronics and appliances. I won't buy without it! I had to use it once and they replaced my computer with no problems.

This Arris S33 is an excellent cable modem for my home use. I have had no issues with this product.

I'm reluctant to purchase these extended warranties for most products, but did so this time when buying a Starlink system, something that was both new and unfamiliar to me. Like all "insurance" products, one hopes not to have to use it, but it will be there if needed.

Honestly, this extra insurance is a life saver. I have a cat who is quite robust, and he still thinks he’s a kitten, and he thinks he can jump into places he shouldn’t. He knocked my original modem over, and it stop working. If it wasn’t for this insurance, and the Best Buy team, I’d be without internet! Thank you!

GSP I got this for the Netgear router I purchased. I have peace of mine that if there is a problem with the unit that Bestbuy will be there for the life of the warranty. I highly recommend GSP with your heavily used or travel products. It has saved me thousands of dollars over the years with the combine products that I have purchased. You never know if the one product is a lemon or prematurely wears out. At least you know that you can replace it or exchange it. In this case I exchanged it for the next model up as the one I purchased didn’t have the features I needed.

I got a full replacement after discussing the issues with the google nest. They assisted me quick and was on my way. Geek Squad was amazing.

I bought an arris modem/router about 2 years ago and all of sudden died. I took it to my local bestbuy and I was able to get a new one without any extra payment!

HAVE NOT HAD TO USE IT YET BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION, YOU NEVER KNOW IF YOU WILL NEED IT!

I purchased a 4-year Geek Squad product replacement for my previous Canon printer which incurred a problem months before the expiration date. Best Buy was able to replace my printer without any hassles. A very worthwhile purchase.
