This is a nice option fore a replacement the event of malfunction.

8 haven't need to use it, which is a good thing. But i purchase it because of all the great reviews i was given by friends.

if it breaks, they will fix it or replace it, even if it was used.

The only reason why I get warranty with Geek Squad, because I can just return it and get either fix or replace also if there a newer model I can get it just pay the difference.

Geek Squad Product Replacement, is one of the only warranties or product Replacement plans I will purchase on my equipment as Best Buy keeps their work and they follow through with what they say.

I hope I never have to use this insurance, but I am pleased that I have it.

I haven't had to use it on my newest purchase but I have use it in the past. I always get it with everything I purchase just incase.

Helps making my internet faster than the makeshift equipment my provider would give me. I definitely recommend this if you have spectrum because their modem is trash.

Best thing ever is to get the Best Buy total . They fixed my lap top , my iPad , they do a great job

Have had positive experience with Geek Squad in the past and felt the price was right to protect my product for a fairly long period of time. Hopefully never need to use but if I do feel comfortable in the service I would expect to receive.

You do not need to purchase any extra storage even though other reviews I watch said that you need to buy it you don't just connect it to your phone it works wonderful when I'm away from home I'm able to talk to my daughter through the camera
