What a deal! Having geek squad protection helps ease my mind in the chance anything goes wrong. Knowing we won’t be out the full price is so comforting!

The title should say it all. I have 5 GBPS symmetrical speeds and my previous TP-Link router worked but I’ve never experienced this great of a connection at home even with the same speeds. I’ve tested 3 different products and these came out on top. They’re pricey but if you can swing it - you won’t be disappointed. Proper placement is crucial to get the most out of the product. I’ve also played around with some of settings. The security and parental control settings are an annual fee that’s under $50. But absolutely worth it IMO.

Haven’t had to use it but worth the money. Any problems drop it off and pick it up. Definitely worth the service fee incase you need to ever use it.

Overall, a pretty solid use with my provider. Easy set up. Was able to work with 1gbps service

Bought for our eero wifi extender, always good to have. Just incase needs replaced. Made sure we bought one this time!! bc we bought an orbi and within 6 mos and a week already had to be replaced we did not have an extended warranty just their manufacturer warranty of 6 mos.

I purchased Geek Squad insurance consistently throughout the years and it has always paid for itself, the agents are also very professional. When I buy very expensive electronic products it really gives you peace of mind having Geek Squad on your side.

I had eero devices for 2 years and the wires became worn out. I was able to take it in and get a full replacement for the whole unit. Amazing warranty!

Geek squad came out to look at modem making sure it wasn’t anything I hooked up wrong well it was a bad modem and they gave me a free complimentary call was I surprised all I could say was thanks I was so happy then I got the geek squad sevice for sure

The plan makes any warranty claims simple. Just bring back the item, and get a replacement or one of comparable value. Easy peasy. This is a must have for electronics like routers.

I always get Geek Squad. I don't always have to use it, but when I have it's been a great purchase and well worth the money and sense of security. Good people who know what they are doing and the process if really easy.
