Purchased this because my last modem clonked out without warning. I hope never have to use it, but glad I have it.

Glad we have this plan, heard that it always good to go with coverage of Geek squad. So hopefully made a right decision. Plus like the fact of product replacement.

A MUST!!! This is the only store that stands behind their extended warranties flawlessly! They take such good care of their customers. Customer service is on point! I don’t often even have to use the warranty on any equipment, but the 1 time I did I was so impressed! No fine reading required! It’s simple you have issues go speak to the staff explain your issue, and if it’s not repairable or unexplainable they replace it with equal value equipment if they don’t have that exact product. Can’t go wrong!!! If your purchasing anything of great value spend the extra $30-$40 and be worry free for 4 YEARS! LOVE IT! Loyalty to customers is a beautiful thing! And not seen often these days! Don’t pass up on a rare offer that is HONEST!

People might say I'm not going to pay extra money for this geek squad protection But if anything goes wrong I Bet your going to Wish that you did buy it It's always good to have geek squad protecting your back

Haven't had to use the product replacement for the netgear product it was bought for but i have used it in the past for other things. The process is always easy to use and everyone is usually nice.

These protection plans have helped us so much throughout the years. We specifically buy our electronics at Best Buy because the protection plans are easy to use.

I have found that the replacement warranty through Best Buy has been worth every penny. Had a WiFi router that went out, took it in and they replaced it on the spot. Well worth the money

I know what you’re thinking why buy warranty with Best Buy but I needed one of the nodes looked at and brought it right to the store and they reboot it under my warranty for free I basically saved $89 that I would of paid for a new one! Some items are just needing to be covered just in case of breakdowns

i recommend you getting the 4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement i have order alot of equipment from best buy and having the satisfaction of your equipment you buy is covered . takes a load off my mind,,

never had an issue with geek squad protection plans, will always get them to be on the safe side even if i don't use them
