I was glad that I had purchased Geek Squad on my last wireless router. That is the reason I purchased the protection plan again. Worth the price.

I would recommend a warrant for anything over $100 because if the item break, you can get a store credit to purchase the same item or something else. Worth the money.

Geek Squad product replacement is awesome. I have had to use it in the past and Best Buy gave me a new TV that was a year newer series. I get this on all my products.

I got this after reviewing the reliability of routers. I hope this warranty works as they say it is. No questions asked. It's reasonable for a 4 yr warranty.

It may be hard to believe but the Geek Squad Replacement offering actually works as per the agreement.

The actual employees at my local Best Buy are the only reason this gets 3 stars. The service you get when calling the Best Buy Geek Squad is horrible. They speak English but not the greatest and explaining them an issue is almost impossible. Luckily the workers at Best Buy stepped in. They spent about 3 hours total explaining the situation to the 800 # Geek Squad people. They put us on hold constantly just to come back without and progress. They even tried saying they couldn't stay on the line any longer......( They had no clue what they were doing). They then hung up. After a lot of work by My local Best Buy employees they were able to honor my replacement. With no help at all from the 800 # people who are supposed to be the "specialists"

Best buy has one of the best product replacement warranties. For me, depending on the item, the price justifies the product.

good to have protection on most products that are quickly dated. it will save you on upgrading
