I bought the 4 yr geek squad service for my new refrigerator when I bought it. I bought it just for the peace of mind. We have not had to use it.

Not sure I’ll get to use this. It’s a safety net for the kids, but like the universe likes to play games i may need it the day after it expires.

I don't always feel the service plans are worth it, but a 4-year plan for $35 on a modem/router costing close to $200 seems like a good value.

I bought the warranty because I trust the Geek Squad for repairs. The price is inexpensive compared to having to pay an outside company for the work.

Never have any complaints when it comes to Best Buy services

Geek squad staff are cooperative and listen to your problem with full attention and always try to find best solution.

I like getting my products from Best Buy because that have the best warranty prices and changing my product if it does not work is very easy.

The staff was awesome in answering my questions. Im glad i spoke to them before buying the item.

I'm glad that I purchased this as back up in case anything happens to our equipment. We have not had to use it yet, so the jury is still out as to how easy it is to use and what they actually cover. I'll update it as time goes on.

I’ve had great experiences when purchasing Geek Squad/ Bestbuy warranty’s. Employees are knowledgeable and not afraid to replace a product if truly needed.

Did not used, as i have returned the product, but i always love this service, as i have utilitied it for one of my product and i have returned the item.

Always purchase protection plans. You never know when you’ll need it!

So if you are getting this for Xfinity, it won’t have an issue getting you 2gig download. But it is capped at 40mbps upload. I had to buy a Hitron Coda56 from Amazon and was able to get 400mbps upload. So the nighthawk will do the job if you don’t care about not getting your upload speed you pay for.

Employees here seem to know their products and are very friendly.

I always buy a warranty from Best Buy when its needed. Like TVs, Computers, etc. Why? Because Best Buy has ALWAYS taken care of me and my products.
