    I'm reluctant to purchase these extended warranties for most products, but did so this time when buying a Starlink system, something that was both new and unfamiliar to me. Like all "insurance" products, one hopes not to have to use it, but it will be there if needed.

    Greg made our exchange of a malfunctioned modem easy and quick on a Sunday so that we could be working on Monday without an internet glitch! Thank you!! Note: Buy the extended warranty on electronics! It is well worth it!
