    I haven’t had to use it, but having a replacement (insurance) is a great peace of mind, knowing that IF anything goes sideways, Best Buy will replace this product.

    It is a great product to protect your high valued investment. Sure you may not use it al all, but it is more expensive to not have it than having it. My wifi system of about $400 had gone bad after long time of use, but when I asked at customer service and they said I had purchased the warranty, I got my replacement cost and was able to buy a newer model.
