Agents helped diagnosing a tv problem and were patient the entire time while asisting me in advice on purchasing a different tv. They wrre knowlegable, kind, patient, informative.

I will always get the service plan for expensive items. Bestbuy makes getting the item fixed or replaced very easy, If your going to drop that much on an item you may as well make sure it will last a few years.

I had a problem with one of my appliances and they came right out and fixed the problem, no questions asked. The agent went above and beyond and helped us solve the problem and gave us advice on how to prevent future problems.

They are always friendly and willing to help. This is a great service to have.

Best Buy has the best warranty when it comes to your devices or items not working. With their HASSLE FREE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED approach is awesome. They will replace the item, or provide a refund, so that you may purchase a new one. Its always a good Idea to protect your investment

The geek squad came the day before my appointment, which was great. They came trouble shot my old router, determined it was bad and installed me up a new better router. They insured that all my devices attached to Th e net. They were very professional an pleasant to work with. We were very happy with their work.

Anytime I make a purchase from Best Buy, I always buy the protection plan. The plan makes any warranty claims simple. Just bring back the item, and get a replacement or one of comparable value. Easy peasy.

Always want to add protection plan to all my electronics it’s give me a piece of mind. Haven’t had to use it in a while but when I did they were able to replace my electronic with no hassle.
