All I had to do was call Best Buy and explain how much trouble I had with the Netgear Orbi. I was actually looking for a receipt and had forgotten that I had purchased a 4 year warranty. They immediately emailed me the receipt, said bring it to the store and replaced it with a different system (Eero in case anyone is interested). Thus far I’ve had no problems with it. I am certainly no tech wizard, but set up was a breeze. I couldn’t be happier with BB’s service!

For me the warranty is always worth the cost. Whether it's the peace of mind or the times I actually had to use it.

This is an excellent router. I ended up not needing it however due to being able to get fiber. Otherwise, I highly recommend this router!

Great extra added protection to have when you purchase the product replacement plan. It eliminates the stress of having to get the product repaired. Just contact the Squad and if they can't repair it they will replace it.

I always pay extra now for the Geek Squad protection service. When something goes wrong they are quick to try getting it fixed or replaced with great customer service all the time. Thank you Best Buy for these plans.
