Can't beat it! I was able to replace the router and pay a little extra for an upgrade. Definitely worth the peace of mind!

We bought a TV and it ghosted the time that was supposed to be in the corner but it enlarged over the entire screen. Took it in and they exchanged it with no problems. Also helped when we got a puppy who had separation anxiety and chewed up our gaming headset

It so much easuer to take your items in locally to get fixed instead of having to package and send them places. The geek squad representatives are always friendly and super knowledgeable.
