Works really well with some modification. After installing the Orbi mesh router my internet usage skyrocketed. Comcast couldn't figure it out so I did some research. There is some kind of site that communicates with the router constantly and uses a massive amount of data, causing me to go over my 1.2 TB limit. Once I was able to figure out the site that was causing this, I blocked it and now I'm back to using about a quarter to half of the 1.2 TB limit.

This is an awesome wifi router! protects against cyber threats, has long range wifi coverage. Produces very fast wifi speeds much better than my old spectrum router!

Great return policy, for system damage or electronical/mechanical defects overtime. Highly recommended for any eletronical systems or controllers Also great help with assiantce with computer issues

Had to purchase this for my router. I've had too many routers overheat in cause ports to go out

This purchase was quick and easy. The price was decent for a four year deal. I haven't had to use this yet but it seems to cover alot if there are any issues. I would recommend this for an expensive purchase.

I can't count the number of times this service has saved me money, the downside for me is having to go into the store, I don't have one locally so I have to drive an hour, but it is so easy to use, take broken item to store, get different item, buy many other things, he-he, spend the day in a different town, take in a show, go out to dinner, ah relaxation.

I would give 5 stars but i tried to change my address mistake on a package that was being delivered by FedEx and it didn't get resolved so they had to replace my order I'm so glad i got the protection. Get the protection!

A few years back we had a technician deliver and set up our new LG tv. He installed the new tv removed the old one and replaced the old one with the tv that was in the living room and carried it upstairs to the bonus room and installed both tv’s and set them both up!

In some cases, you can exchange item for another of equal value or even a different higher brand with a store manager approval base on the item selling price.

Never had to use Geek Squad, which I guess is a good thing. Means they sell good products.

4 years? Yes please. Seems they did away with the standard 2 year replacement plan for the 4 year one and I'm not complaining. There's many times I've replaced a product after a year or two because of defects or something dies, and you simply get a replacement or store credit. Amazing perk, definitely recommend everyone purchase this extra product protection on all devices.

Best way to go they come to your house set up my computer and printer and I had an old dell P.C,he was able to take the hard drive out and transfer the data and picture to the new computer. My wife had some issues and another guy came back and showed her how to work it also they will explain some things over the phone best 187 dollars I spent
