Electric item will break and geek squad make our lives easier

I have used Zgeek Squad several numerous times over the years. All electronic items I purchase over $100 I include add t a minimum a two year plan with thought if it had week parts they will fail in the first two years. The cash analysis of warranty cost vs cost of replacing the item in my mind easily justifies the added cost.

I have yet to use it myself, but as a replace warranty I feel comfy knowing it is a very easy to use painless warranty if I need to use it ever

I'm reluctant to purchase these extended warranties for most products, but did so this time when buying a Starlink system, something that was both new and unfamiliar to me. Like all "insurance" products, one hopes not to have to use it, but it will be there if needed.

As a precaution, adding an extended warranty will help put your mind at ease. After the first year manufacturers’ warranty, coming into a local Best Buy they can assist you with processing it!

I purchased this protection plan because of a previous experience with my last router that was replaced with the Geek Squad replacement plan. No hassle replacing the defective router with a better one because the store was out of the one that I purchased. I only had to pay the difference in price.

I will NEVER purchase ANY electronic without getting additional protection. I had a product go bad on me ONE time and I learned my lesson. IF I would have had the extra protection on a TV that I had go bad on me, I would have gotten a replacement for free because they couldn't fix it. So NOW I purchase it EVERY single time!!!

I buy these for all of my electronics. A great value.

This thing is a beast. strong signal and CONSISTENT. Its also the best looking unit I've had so I don't feel like I need to hide it.

In the past the Geed Squad has always been very helpful. I trust with this new service the same will be true. I like that you can now make and appointment, or call on the phone for help. I remember years ago when you just had to go and wait.

Worth the peace of mind to have this protection on my unit.
