Anytime I make a purchase from Best Buy, I always buy the protection plan. The plan makes any warranty claims simple. Just bring back the item, and get a replacement or one of comparable value. Easy peasy.

Always want to add protection plan to all my electronics it’s give me a piece of mind. Haven’t had to use it in a while but when I did they were able to replace my electronic with no hassle.

The geek squad came the day before my appointment, which was great. They came trouble shot my old router, determined it was bad and installed me up a new better router. The service is definitely worth the money. Having these guys come out and do such a professional job, beats me trying to figure out stuff that could take me hours. Overall, i couldnt ask for a better service. It worth the money to have total tech support for all your electronic needs

Geek squad is awesome. Ive had to use it for phones ive broke in the past. They used to give you one on the spot at no charge. Now they send you a phone. Its generally within 2 days.
