Very cost efficient way to have peace of mind for the "just in case"

Love knowing that if I have a problem I can bring item into Best Buy and Geek Squad can take a look to troubleshoot or replace the item.

I bought the extended warranty when I bought the Google nest. Because I know electronics and power outages with storms or transformers blowing can really damage electronics. So I bought the 4 year warranty just because I know that Best Buy stands by their warranty’s.

I have not had to utilize geek squad's service to their full extent, but the few interactions I have had when I needed them were pleasant and very helpful.

I don't usually buy maintenance plans, but after buying a Netgear modem/router combo from Amazon, and having it crap out after two months, and Amazon not honoring the warranty, I decided I better get the protection. This time I bought it from Best Buy.

Easy to use the warranty. I don’t buy warranties from other stores, however, I always buy the Geek Squad warranty from Best Buy. Never had any issues and great customer service.

Excellent value for any electronics purchase. Many electronics don't have a manufacturer warranty beyond one year. This warranty via best buy offers 4 years of protection. They will swap the defective device for a new one. You will have minimal downtime.

Has really came in handy. A year ago Medicom sent a refresh signal to my modem and somehow it got fried.

I had a problem with one of my purchases and Geek SQUAD come to my house and fixed it in just one visit.

I seem to have bad luck with electronics, an this is a sure fool proof way knowing my investment is safe, whether it's still in stock or not.

Geek squad always up to the task and gives me a sense of comfort knowing my items are always protected!

I had purchased Best Buy's 4-Year Geek Squad Protection Plan for my purchase of the Asus USB-BT500 Bluetooth Smart Ready USB Adapter. The GSP covers any mechanical and/or electrical failure as well as accidental drop and/or spills. I highly recommend it!

i dont know why this is a review, but i got this 4 year coverage for an asus ax5400 wifi6 router. i know router are always running and will eventually suffer heat damage. so a 4 year coverage is a good thing. i havent had to use a warranty claim yet, so i cant speak for how good it is.

They are always friendly and willing to help. This is a great service to have.

I had eero devices for 2 years and the wires became worn out. I was able to take it in and get a full replacement for the whole unit. Amazing warranty!

Have not needed the service yet hopefully I won't.
