Love the geek squad protection. "Toys" for young children these days cost a fortune, but kids are still kids and accidents happen. For such a large monetary investment, this protection is a given, to me.

We always buy the buy the extended warranty on Electronics and appliances. It has proven to be a lifesaver after the regular warranty expires!

I've been with Best Buy for over a decade and I've have very few problems with the Geek Squad service. I'm also able to say that most of the Techs are polite, professional and know their work. I practice using the service on anything that cost more than I can't afford to lose.

I always buy insurance on anything that’s electronic just to be on the safe side. BEST BUY is pretty good about honoring that and if something breaks they just allow you to replace it -can’t beat it

This is amazing and great. I would highly recommend this.

My advice to anyone would be, don't purchase any product without this warranty. We just replaced our Samsung TV with a brand new one, with no money out of our pocket, because we had the replacement warranty on it.

I love the security this service provides. It's really nice to know that Best Buy has my back if something goes wrong with my purchases.

Great value, I always get the plan. In my opinion, one of the best plans available, I always get it just in case & for piece of mind. I do work for Best Buy but my opinions are my own and do not necessarily reflect Best Buy Policy.

I always get the protection plans. I am a total tech support member and plans are sold to me at a discounted rate. I like the feeling I get knowing I have additional coverage to protect my investment in the case of a breakdown.

I always purchase the Geek Squad product replacement whenever buying something that costs more than a couple hundred dollars. The protection is a fraction of the cost, and it makes repairs/replacements a painless process.

Anytime I make a substantial purchase from Best Buy, I always buy the protection plan. Just bring back the defective item, and get a replacement.

I am impressed with the Geek Squad agent. He had a very difficult time with the modem bur kept on it until he succeeded. He installed ROKU and gave me a tutorial, I still don't understand it (not his fault).

Peace of mind. Electronics are convenient but there is always a chance it might stop working or run into issues. Geek Squad protection alleviates that!
