I live Best Buy and Geek Squad. They're like Radio Shack. You've got questions, they've got answers.

I bought this protection plan to protect my electronic devices.

There has been a lot of storms this year and twice my router got hit and its on a surge protector. Thank god for warranty Best buy replaced quickly no questions asked. Love it

Worth the money on almost everyone, most issues are covered and taken care in a timely manner. I get gsp on almost everything I buy here.

I don’t care for geek squad. They ripped me off in the past using generic chargers. Would love to win the $400 gift card to make up for that. Am a broke college student, been used and abused and need an iPad for school

I never buy anything at BestBuy without getting a warranty to it, love knowing I’m insured if anything were to go out

I love Best Buy Service Production plans. I purchase them for everything that one is available for. They are hassle free and the staff is so wonderful. I recommend these plans to all of my friends who shop at Best Buy.

Always get the extended warranty. Just in case something happens after manufacturer warranty expires

The Geek squad installed both new smart tvs and connected to all my devices. They were patient and knowledgable in helping me understand my new products. The Squad also hauled away the old tvs. Great service.

They answered all my questions and too care of me.

My representative was cool. He was extremely helpful in guiding me to what I needed. Tony was able to answer all of my questions in multiple sections of the store and is excellent at his job.

Very unstable, 2ghz signal drops out occasionally requiring reboot to maybe fix it. 5G signal very weak and a lot of buffering during srreaming. I ha e a small house and nothing that is connectwd is very far away.

For a $200 modem, $40 for 4 years is a bargain in case something happens to the modem. Compared to spending $10-15/month on a rental, this is a no brainer way to go.

Love the oops warrenty as i call it.when thinga go wrong warrenty or.store.return date, this makes it so much easier to get a replacement.

Never know when you will need it! Most things break after you get them home and get to use it once or twice then you are back to square 1. The warranty price was very reasonable and didn’t think twice about purchasing.

The agents mounted my TV quick and relocate the existing TV to another room. Then they went over the remotes and how they operated with our existing receiver and internet. Very professional and fun to work with.

Geek Squad service saves a lot of time if there is ever any problems with your purchase. Only had to use it once but everything was taken care of quickly and to my full satisfaction.
